Terms and Conditions

Booking & Payment: 

All orders will be paid via invoice for your security. All invoices will include the following: Date of event, address, name of payee, itinerary, number of guests, terms and total billed.

• A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date.

• The remaining balance is due 7 days before the event.

• Bookings are not confirmed until the deposit is received.

Final Headcount & Menu:

• Final guest count and menu selections must be confirmed 7 days before the event.

• Any changes after this deadline may result in additional fees.

Cancellations:

• Deposits are non-refundable.

• If you need to cancel, you may reschedule once within 60 days of the original event date (subject to availability).

• No-shows or cancellations made within 72 hours of the event are subject to full payment.

Travel & Accommodations:

• Events outside of Phoenix, AZ will incur a travel fee.

• Travel fees cover Airbnb accommodations + rental car and are included in your final quote.

• Client is responsible for ensuring the venue or Airbnb allows private chef services.

Drop-Off Catering:

• Drop-off catering requires a 20-person minimum and must be paid in full before delivery.

• Delivery fees apply outside a 50-mile radius from Phoenix.

• Client is responsible for setup unless a styling add-on is included.

Private Dinners for Two:

• Luxe dinner experiences for two start at $700 (Phoenix only).

• Add-ons like romantic setups, balloons, and custom desserts are available for an additional fee.

Additional Fees:

• Last-minute bookings (less than 7 days out) are subject to a $100 rush fee.

• Additional staff, custom decor, desserts, or rentals may be added to your final quote.

• Late payments may result in cancellation or forfeiture of service.

Refunds

There are absolutely No Refunds. At the Managers approval Deposits can be transferred w/ in one Calendar Yr of Booking.

-During booking a minimum of 50% deposits required to secure catering date. 

-If any catering service is scheduled less than 3 weeks prior to the event date it must be paid in full unless other arrangements are made during booking.

-Upon Payment each customer receives a detailed invoice/contract. First & Last name, address, phone number & Email must be given during consultation for insurance purposes 

-All Drop-Off caterings have a 1hr window. We will arrive w/ in 30 mins of catering or no more than 30 min later

-We are not responsible for any orders that are picked up from our locations and accidents occur afterwards

-We are not required to provide extra condiments, services, dishes or untensils that are not listed on your invoice. Set-up is at the driver/courier discretion but not required If arranged during booking.  

-We hold the right to refuse service to any patron, club, organization & etc. for conflict of interest as such as but not limited to, foul language, conflicts with payments, religious rights, promoting/engaging in violence criminal activities, any concerns of personal safety or a violation of our rights.
